Walked in, had to wait 40 min past my scheduled time, simply showed a picture of what I wanted and asked for my hair to be longer on the top, previous visit I had requested the same thing same picture but longer and even said " I want it long" but no, I was given a really short cut and spiked when it's not even close to the picture I showed them. 10/10 worst I've been to.

This place is great, they're always quick to make any adjustments to your haircut to your liking, let alone the fact that for a couple of weeks after your cut you can come in and freshen up any splits or what have you. I usually get my hair cut by their manager April; she's an amazing stylist and fun to talk to. Great quality, great service. Come try it out for yourself!

Took my brother to get a cut, explained how he wanted it. Lady still took too much off the top and did NOT blend in the back at all. Wish I would of noticed at the shop so I could of said something. Taking to Lady Jane's to fix it. She made comments during his cut about how " I should of thought this through better". WHAT?? you're cutting people's hair, what do you mean you didn't think it through!!??
